RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Habitual.com accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged merchandise with original tags attached.

If you wish to make a return, please email: customerservice@habitual.com

Return instructions will be emailed within 48 hours. Do not send back your item(s) until we authorize and respond to your email request. If you do not receive an email response, please check your spam folder before contacting us. 

Once your return is approved, please ship your package using a traceable carrier and method of your choice.  Your return must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery date. Habitual is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Be sure to keep tracking information for your records.

Allow 5 business days for your return to be received and 5 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Exchange Policy 

Habitual does not offer exchanges at this time. We cannot guarantee the style/size you need will be available at our warehouse when we receive your return. Please follow the return policy to send back the merchandise and place a NEW order on our website.
