RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Habitual.com accepts returns on items purchased on our site within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged merchandise with original tags attached with the exception of the 65% off styles in our Spring Break Savings Event.  All 65% off items in our Spring Savings Clearance Event are final sale.  No returns or exchanges.

We offer free return shipping on U.S. orders with these easy steps:

How To Return
1. Visit https://habitual.myreturnscenter.com and enter your order number and email.
2. Provide a reason for your return and the number of items you are sending back. 
3. Once submitted and approved, please allow 24-48 hours for a return label to be emailed to you.
  • Check your spam/junk mail since the label may show up here.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to print your label.
  • If you do not have a printer, show the label to a FEDEX representative and they will be able to print it in the store for you.
4. Drop off your package at the nearest FEDEX location. Take note of the tracking number on your return label so you can track it.
 
Allow 5 business days for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
 
Exchange Policy
Habitual does not offer exchanges at this time. We cannot guarantee the style/size you need will be available at our warehouse when we receive your return. Please follow the return policy to send back the merchandise and place a NEW order on our website.

Returns on Items from Retail Stores

If you purchased an item from one of our premier store retailers, you must contact the retailer directly about their return policy. Habitual cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
